Raspberry Ripe Breakfast Smoothie

This is one of those super quick, super filling, super satisfying smoothie recipes that has become a staple breakfast and lazy meal for me. It’s also a great post and/or pre-workout meal. It features my homemade granola dust (recipe HERE) and is packed full of antioxidants, omega 3 and protein!


  • A big handful (or two) of frozen raspberries
  • 4 tbsp homemade granola dust
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • Enough rice milk (or plant based milk) to blend


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
