This is one of those super quick, super filling, super satisfying smoothie recipes that has become a staple breakfast and lazy meal for me. It’s also a great post and/or pre-workout meal. It features my homemade granola dust (recipe HERE) and is packed full of antioxidants, omega 3 and protein!
- A big handful (or two) of frozen raspberries
- 4 tbsp homemade granola dust
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- Enough rice milk (or plant based milk) to blend
- Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
